📋 Description

• Serve as a technical specialist throughout the sales process, translating business requirements into technical proposals, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations while balancing efficiency, innovation, and viability. • Gather technical and functional requirements from clients, gaining an understanding of their needs, environments, and constraints. • Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, solution flows, and integration models. • Support technical presentations, functional demonstrations, and workshops for clients. • Identify technical risks, integration requirements, and potential customizations for proposed solutions. • Work closely with the Services team to align proposed solutions with the technical roadmap and delivery capacity. • Support the Marketing team by providing technical information and insights for commercial and corporate materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 4 years of experience in technical pre-sales and/or solutions architecture. • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, information security, and cybersecurity. • Strong technical communication skills for working with clients and internal teams, along with the ability to organize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Completed undergraduate degree.
