📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner • Be prepared to take notes during a call • Be aware of specific vocabulary of the industry • Render all messages accurately and completely • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Clients

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Native in Romanian • 1+ years of over-the-telephone interpretation experience (Preferable) • Good knowledge of medical terminology • Awareness of legal terminology is a plus • International certifications in the healthcare industry are a plus • High school diploma in native language • High emotional intelligence and tolerance of different cultures • High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
