📋 Description

• Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions • Design and deploy infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud-native tools • Write high-quality Python software following design, testing, and maintainability best practices • Build and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale datasets • Manage relational and non-relational databases • Automate deployments and integrations • Contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Provide clarity, structure, and technical insight

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in software development • Experience designing event-driven distributed systems using Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ • Experience with asynchronous communication patterns and scalable data ingestion pipelines • Experience designing scalable distributed applications with microservices, high availability, fault tolerance, resiliency, and performance optimisation • Experience designing large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines, analytical data models, and modern storage formats such as Parquet • Experience implementing unit, integration, end-to-end, and API contract testing • Experience designing observable systems using metrics, logging, distributed tracing, Prometheus, and Grafana • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience working with Kubernetes and containerised environments • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows • Experience designing or maintaining ETL processes, especially with large volumes of data • Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modelling, and performance considerations • Understanding of software architecture principles and sound technical decision-making • Experience producing architecture documentation, leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and defining engineering standards and best practices • Familiarity with mobile network KPIs, alarms, OSS concepts, and 4G/5G network data structures
