📋 Description

• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types • Design and manage complex automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes • Maintain and optimize user management and security architectures, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, and OWD • Configure and support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, cases, and queues • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics views for business stakeholders • Handle data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication using Data Loader and Import Wizards • Troubleshoot system issues, perform routine platform maintenance, and support declarative testing during releases and deployments • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce platform features with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and configuration • 4+ years in Salesforce Administration and Platform Configuration • Strong expertise in declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flows and complex validation logic • Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce security model, data architecture, and sharing settings • Hands-on experience managing data loads, migrations, and quality controls using Data Loader • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Administrator credential) mandatory • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Lightning Experience migrations in remote, distributed enterprise environments
