📋 Description

• Own programmatic architecture, technical design, and code quality standards across multiple enterprise-scale Salesforce orgs • Enforce platform governance guidelines and optimize configurations to respect Salesforce Governor Limits, execution ordering, and concurrency bounds • Design technical integration frameworks using Salesforce Pub/Sub API, Event Bus, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Apex REST web services • Review and optimize Apex triggers, asynchronous batch frameworks, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Establish secure data architectures, including encryption-at-rest policies, custom sharing calculation rules, large data volume (LDV) indexing, and high-throughput data migration scripts • Direct identity and access management setups using SSO, SAML, OAuth, and multi-tenant security layers • Lead technical review boards evaluating and signing off on source code modifications, package selections, and platform dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total IT enterprise software engineering experience • 6+ years of dedicated technical architecture experience within complex Salesforce enterprise environments • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Technical Architect (CTA) track status • Expert programmatic proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and deep structural debugging • Extensive experience managing massive data models and millions of records • SOQL/SOSL optimization experience • Experience managing data archiving policies • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Certified Application Architect certification • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or active pursuit of the CTA review board • Preferred: Experience with Copado, Gearset, Flosum, Git branching, and CI/CD automation strategies
