📋 Description

• Write and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within the HAM application • Design and implement automated hardware request, deployment, and reclamation workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub • Create Service Catalog items for hardware requests with complex client-side validations and approval rules • Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and third-party hardware inventory integrations • Build REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with external asset tracking portals, procurement systems, and vendor catalogs • Optimize background jobs, reconciliation engines, and scheduled scripts • Support platform upgrades and hardware data normalization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITAM/SAM • High proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow API framework • Deep technical understanding of SAM Pro data models, Software Installation tables, Discovery Models, and Software Models • Strong experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification • Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
