📋 Description

• Design and configure end-to-end Workday Prism pipelines • Orchestrate data ingestion from external platforms, enterprise data lakes, and third-party legacy databases via API or secure SFTP connections • Build complex data transformations within Prism Data Change Tasks using joins, unions, group-by aggregation filters, and calculated column rules • Construct advanced Matrix, Composite, Trend, and Search reports using native Workday Report Writer tooling • Develop secure Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) endpoints for downstream enterprise business intelligence visualization architectures • Configure row-level Prism security policies, conditional distribution permissions, and field-level masking rules • Design executive dashboards and Discovery Boards with interactive charting matrices, operational metrics grids, and performance tracking interfaces • Monitor ingestion job sequences and processing logs • Audit system processing latencies and diagnose transformation calculation bottlenecks • Optimize high-volume dataset runs

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of core business intelligence engineering or data warehousing experience • 4+ dedicated years actively designing, building, and maintaining analytics configurations explicitly on the Workday platform • 4+ years of dedicated experience building Workday advanced reporting structures • At least 2+ years specialized in Workday Prism Analytics implementations • Mandatory Workday Certified Prism Analytics or Workday Certified Advanced Reporting certification • Strong technical mastery of Workday Calculated Fields • Prism Data Catalog management experience • Complex SQL querying foundations • Relational data modeling schemas • Deep understanding of workforce analytics • Understanding of financial performance key metrics • Understanding of data pipeline scheduling constraints • Understanding of multi-tenant security layers • Workday Certified Core HCM or Workday Certified Financials Core certification preferred • Prior experience implementing predictive analytics extensions or utilizing calculated insights alongside enterprise generative AI tools preferred
