📋 Description
• Lead and implement key talent management processes on the Workday platform • Design, configure, and maintain performance reviews, calibration processes, and goal templates within the Workday Talent and Performance module • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align performance management cycles with organizational strategy • Support integration points and cross-module processes between Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation • Troubleshoot system issues, perform functional testing, and ensure data integrity across performance management workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of overall IT/HR systems experience • 5+ years of hands-on practitioner experience in the Workday Talent and Performance module • Proven expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal template configuration • Strong background in Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
