📋 Description

• Migrate HR document templates from Workday to PeopleDoc while preserving business logic, formatting, branding, and conditional rules • Map Workday data fields to PeopleDoc placeholders and tokens • Rebuild document generation logic and configure reusable template components and libraries • Configure and maintain PeopleDoc document templates, workflows, employee file structures, metadata, retention policies, access controls, and archives • Collaborate with HR and Workday teams to analyse source templates and business requirements • Prepare source-to-target mapping documentation and support data validation and exception handling • Plan and support configuration, unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, and hypercare • Validate PeopleDoc-generated documents against Workday outputs for field mapping, conditional logic, formatting, branding, business rules, and regulatory compliance • Produce configuration workbooks, migration documentation, mapping documents, test scripts, defect logs, deployment checklists, handover documentation, and knowledge articles • Manage migration activities within cross-functional Agile squads and resolve document-generation incidents • Support BAU enhancements and continuous improvement across HR document management • Provide post-go-live support and ensure a successful transition to BAU operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or supporting PeopleDoc Document Generation solutions • Hands-on experience migrating HR document templates from Workday to PeopleDoc • Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and document generation processes • Experience configuring document templates, workflows, metadata, and employee file structures • Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation or HRIS implementation programmes • Experience performing document validation, testing, and production deployments • Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional project teams • Experience providing post-go-live support and BAU enhancements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline • Experience with PeopleDoc (UKG HR Service Delivery) implementations is highly desirable • Workday HCM knowledge or certification is advantageous • Agile or Scrum certification is beneficial • Strong expertise in PeopleDoc Document Generation, PeopleDoc Document Manager, and Employee Document Management • Knowledge of GDPR, document retention requirements, HR document compliance, audit controls, and secure document management • Practical experience with Workday HCM business objects, worker data, job and position data, organizational structures, compensation data, personal information, calculated fields, condition rules, Workday reports, EIB, Workday integrations, and HR security concepts • Strong understanding of HR processes including hiring, job changes, transfers, compensation changes, contract generation, employment letters, terminations, and policy acknowledgements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities • Ability to interpret complex HR business requirements • High attention to detail in document formatting and data accuracy • Strong documentation and governance skills • Ability to manage multiple migration workstreams simultaneously • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement • Commitment to compliance, security, and audit readiness
