📋 Description

• Review and evaluate user responses to TOEFL/TESOL practice questions using rubrics created by our in-house team • Review and edit written feedback provided to users, ensuring it is accurate, clearly worded and aligned to rubric criteria • Develop deep familiarity with a specific question type (e.g. Write an Email, Virtual Interview, Academic Discussion) and how responses should be structured and scored for that type • Perform peer review by comparing your evaluations against those of fellow contractors and grader-generated scores to ensure consistency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, ESL, Education or a related field • TESOL certification • Minimum 5 years of experience working with adult ESL learners • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring TOEFL specifically • Non-native English speaker with native-level multilingual proficiency • Demonstrated familiarity with structured assessment and rubric-based evaluation; teaching specialty (writing, speaking, etc.) is flexible • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent scoring standards • Self-sufficient and able to work independently as an online contractor • Strong communication skills; this is a collaborative role involving regular interaction with fellow reviewers and the in-house team.
