📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers through clear direction, context, and feedback • Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions from the earliest stages • Own delivery from problem definition through execution • Drive predictable execution through thoughtful planning, realistic expectations, and transparency around progress and risks • Maintain a high bar for engineering quality, scalability, and maintainability • Contribute to broader engineering improvements through experience, collaboration, and strong leadership • Lead a critical engineering area and raise standards for building and delivering products

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams within a product company • A strong track record of delivering complex products or systems in a fast-moving environment • Ability to operate comfortably in both technical and product discussions • Strong ownership mindset and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations • Experience partnering closely with Product and Design • Clear communication skills and a practical, execution-oriented approach to leadership • Experience with PHP (Symfony), Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, scalable data processing, and distributed architectures • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, containerized environments, cloud-native services, and modern observability tooling • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, continuous delivery, and A/B testing • Practical experience using LLMs and coding assistants to improve software development workflows, including implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code quality • Resume submitted in English
