📋 Description

• Conduct daily communication with field agents to monitor assignments • Schedule and coordinate with Court Officers to execute court orders • Monitor cases in which the subject has been located, tracked, and scheduled for repossession • Update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and systems with case progress • Follow up with field agents and partners to ensure deadlines are met • Monitor incentive and reimbursement campaigns for field agents • Maintain ongoing communication with legal, collections, recovery, and external partner teams

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to start immediately • Experience working at large law firms • Strong communication skills • Proactive approach • Basic knowledge of Excel • Familiarity with the CPJ Preâmbulo system • Quick learner with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
