📋 Description

• Entering, controlling, and monitoring deadlines • Reading and analyzing legal publications, notices, and hearing minutes • Managing hearing schedules and emails related to legal proceedings • Organizing, managing, and updating documents and case files • Preparing reports • Liaising with accountants and providing support with tasks related to labor calculations • Working in Labor Law, with a focus on representing claimants

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Experience in Labor Law Legal Operations/Legal Controlling • Experience working at a claimant-side labor law firm • Strong knowledge of labor litigation deadlines, particularly in claimant representation • Deadline management skills • Proficiency in Excel and electronic court systems, along with strong logical reasoning • Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, analytical, hands-on, responsible, organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at collaborating with accountants and monitoring and managing tasks • Experience handling a high volume of legal publications (preferred) • Experience at labor law firms representing bank employees as claimants (preferred) • Postgraduate qualification in Labor Law and Labor Procedure, or courses in Legal Operations/Legal Controlling (preferred) • Advanced knowledge of legal management software, Autojur, automation tools, and bots (a plus) • Based anywhere in the country
