📋 Description

• Drafting legal articles focused on plaintiff-side labor cases in the banking sector • Case law research and identification of relevant topics for content about bank employees' labor rights • Technical review and refinement of materials produced by the marketing agency • Writing scripts for videos and other digital content • Producing copy for the website, blog, social media and institutional materials • Translating complex legal theories into content accessible to the general public • Working closely with the Head of New Business to support institutional authority building, brand strengthening and the firm's digital positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Solid knowledge of Labor Law and Labor Procedure • Predominant experience in plaintiff-side labor litigation • Consistent experience representing bank employees • Excellent legal writing skills • Ability to simplify complex topics without sacrificing technical depth • Proven record of producing legal texts, articles, strategic briefs, institutional publications or digital content • Interest in legal communication, institutional positioning and content production • Analytical, creative, organized and proactive profile • Experience as a legal writer (desirable) • Participation in content production for law firms (desirable) • Experience producing content aimed at client acquisition and strengthening a legal brand (desirable) • Familiarity with AI tools applied to content production (desirable)
