📋 Description

• Entering, monitoring, and tracking procedural deadlines • Reviewing and analyzing court publications, notices, and hearing minutes • Managing hearing schedules and case-related emails • Organizing, managing, and updating documents and case files • Preparing reports • Liaising with accountants and providing support for tasks related to employment-law calculations • Working in Employment Law, with a focus on representing employees and claimants

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Experience in labor legal operations or employment-law case management • Experience at an employment-law firm representing employees and claimants • Strong knowledge of employment-law procedural deadlines, particularly in claimant representation • Ability to manage deadlines effectively • Proficiency in Excel, electronic court filing systems, and logical reasoning • Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, analytical, hands-on, responsible, organized, and technologically proficient; able to collaborate with accountants and monitor and manage tasks • Experience handling a high volume of court publications (preferred) • Experience at employment-law firms representing bank employees as claimants (preferred) • Postgraduate degree in Employment Law and Labor Procedure, or coursework in legal operations/case management (preferred) • Advanced knowledge of legal practice management software, Autojur, automation tools, and bots (a plus) • Applicants may reside anywhere in the country
