📋 Description

• Analyze judicial decisions (judgments, appellate decisions, single-judge decisions, and decisions issued during judgment enforcement proceedings) • Assess whether Motions for Clarification are appropriate • Draft and file Motions for Clarification • Update the firm’s and client’s systems • Research and prepare documentation substantiating material damages • Prepare calculations of the award established in the judicial decision when unfavorable to the represented client • Calculate court costs when applicable and request payment through the system • Update the client’s and firm’s systems with a breakdown of the amounts obtained from the award calculations • Prepare the Final Opinion on the decision in accordance with the client’s template

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience in high-volume litigation preferred • Experience calculating court-awarded amounts is a plus
