📋 Description

• Identify recruitment needs with project coordinators • Write and publish job postings to schools and universities • Conduct candidate sourcing and carry out recruitment interviews • Support new-hire integrations: onboarding, assignment coaching, and mentoring • Participate in administrative tasks: internship agreements, tools, remote work arrangements • Lead HR training sessions (tools, processes, soft skills) • Monitor and validate HR learning paths and acquired competencies • Contribute to HR monitoring and to the development of our collaborative HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in, planning to start, or graduated from a program in human resources, social sciences, or occupational psychology • Strong motivation for HR, training, and human-centered project management • Good organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and written and verbal communication abilities • Good command of collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion) • Minimum French level B2 required (English is a plus)
