📋 Description

• Support large-scale data analysis • Evaluate product and program performance • Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver actionable insights • Contribute to the development of reliable internal data infrastructure • Analyze user behavior and engagement trends • Design metrics and analytical frameworks to evaluate feature performance • Develop and deploy models for prediction and segmentation • Build feature pipelines and implement model monitoring • Establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards • Promote best practices in data governance and reproducible analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 3 Years + experience in Data Science • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and manipulation • Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and trend analysis • Ability to work independently, validate assumptions, propose next steps, and lead analytical efforts within projects • Strong written and verbal communication skills • English: Ability to use English as the primary working language, and independently engage in technical discussions and complex problem-solving with multinational teams • Japanese: Business-level proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with domestic stakeholders
