📋 Description
• 複数のエンジニアリングチームをリード・管理し、高パフォーマンスを確保する • プロジェクトマネージャーとして必要に応じて計画、スケジュール、納品の監督を行う • 技術チーム、ビジネス利害関係者、およびベンダー間の調整を確保する • エンジニアリング文化を促進し、納品のタイムラインと人材管理のバランスを取る • 製品、デザイン、ビジネスチームと協力して技術戦略を定義する • アジャイル手法を使用して開発プロセスを改善する
🎯 Requirements
• 日本語堪能、ビジネスレベルの英語 • エンジニアリングチームの管理経験、採用、メンタリング • ソフトウェア開発または強い技術的リテラシー（システムアーキテクチャ、API、クラウドソリューション） • プロジェクト計画、スケジューリング、利害関係者管理における実績；PMPまたはScrum Masterの認定があると尚良 • チームのメンタリング経験とプロセスとウェルビーイングのバランスを取る実績 • アジャイルフレームワーク（Scrum/Kanban）の実務経験
