• プロダクトの方向性とビジョンを定義・共有する • プロダクトロードマップを作成し、伝達する • リサーチ・分析を通じて仮説検証を行い、顧客ニーズを特定する • 市場調査・競合分析・使用分析を実施し、改善案を提案する • プロダクトバックログを管理し、ユーザーストーリーを作成・受入基準を定義する • ステークホルダーおよび開発チーム間のコミュニケーションを促進する • スプリント計画に参加し、要件を伝達する • スプリントレビューに参加し、増分を評価・フィードバックする • プロジェクト全体の運営を管理し、リリーススケジュールを計画・実行する
🎯 Requirements
• プロダクト管理の知識 • 企画・提案力（ビジネス提案の作成・プレゼンテーション） • プロダクトバックログの作成経験 • ユーザーストーリーマッピングの経験 • リーンスタートアップ手法の経験 • 高いITリテラシー（ITパスポート相当以上） • アジャイル/スクラム手法の知識 • 基本的なマーケティング知識
