📋 Description
• Creates clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for software products • Translates complex technical concepts into manuals, API documentation, user guides, installation procedures, and release notes • Works closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams • Need to work closely with other writers, product managers, engineers, and the User Experience (UX) team in an Agile development environment to produce in-app assistance, help, guides, interactive training and videos for administrators, users, and developers
🎯 Requirements
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in reviewing/editing deliverables • Familiarity with authoring tools, Madcap Flare, Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML a plus • Expertise in MS Word • Creating Templates • Formatting • Creating consistent styles across documents • Proficiency in MS Excel • Expertise in SharePoint • Ability to collaborate with other technical writers on reviewing deliverables
