📋 Description

• Conduct thorough and detailed sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze existing business requirements for the SwiftAssess product • Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, concise, complete, consistent, and traceable • Document detailed end-to-end business workflows and system functionality, including process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications, with a focus on SwiftAssess • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to ensure shared understanding of client requirements and proposed solutions • Contribute to the design of SwiftAssess features and functionalities in alignment with client requirements and business objectives • Communicate requirements and functional specifications to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in validation and testing phases to ensure delivered SwiftAssess functionality meets defined requirements • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the SwiftAssess product, its features, and underlying architecture • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in assessment software and related technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry • Experience working with assessment software or in the education technology sector is highly desirable • Proficiency in documenting business processes and functional specifications • Experience with use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, UML diagrams, and wireframes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
