📋 Description

• Together with the team, you plan, implement and support our SAP SuccessFactors projects • You guide and advise companies in all project phases: from pre-sales through concept, implementation, training, testing, go-live and hypercare • You design HR processes by modeling state-of-the-art processes and, together with your colleagues, manage their implementation in the system • You advise GAMBIT clients on the ideal mix of standard processes and customizations • You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and clients • As a subject-matter lead or project manager, you actively contribute to the strategic and operational growth of the SuccessFactors area • You support (future) clients in pre-sales activities and in account management

🎯 Requirements

• You have a deep understanding of HR requirements and translate them into technical solutions • You have several years of professional experience in HR projects or HR digitalization and hold a degree from a university of applied sciences or university • Your solid expertise enables you to address technical and process-related questions and implement appropriate solutions • You bring experience from national and international projects and have successfully served as a subject-matter lead (stream lead) or program lead (with interfaces to other systems) • You are enthusiastic about new challenges and stay up to date on current trends in HR and digitalization • You hold one or more certifications in Employee Central, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding and Performance & Goals • You are characterized by strong analytical and communication skills and are a convincing, committed, concept- and presentation-oriented personality • You are fluent in German and English and can communicate confidently with business units and executives
