• 主导新一代撮合引擎的架构设计与落地，负责撮合模型、订单簿数据结构、内存管理、无锁并发及核心性能指标 • 定义并量化 TPS、P99/P999 延迟等核心指标，推动团队持续优化系统延迟与吞吐 • 构建高可用灾备、多活架构及全链路故障恢复机制，保障极端行情、硬件损坏和网络分区下的业务连续性 • 搭建并带领工程团队，通过技术深度与工程方法论提升团队能力 • 在高压、剧烈行情环境下进行架构取舍、指挥协调和系统决策
🎯 Requirements
• 具备高性能、高并发系统负责经验，或传统金融高频交易系统经验，或顶级加密货币交易所撮合引擎及高并发优化经验，或低延迟基础设施底层优化经验 • 深入理解微秒、纳秒级延迟优化 • 熟悉 CPU 缓存行、网络协议栈底层及内核细节 • 具备撮合模型理论推演与订单簿、内存管理、无锁并发等技术能力 • 具备真实生产环境工程约束下的架构设计与权衡能力 • 具备极端压力和剧烈行情环境下的系统性决策与协调能力 • 具备搭建和带领工程团队的能力
