⢠Handling inside and field sales activities ⢠Advising customers on hardware and software ⢠Preparing quotes in close cooperation with the technical team ⢠Recording and taking ownership of customer inquiries ⢠Developing and implementing sales strategies in coordination with management
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann) or equivalent qualification ⢠Experience with MS Office products as well as hardware and software knowledge (e.g., server/storage, networking, cloud) ⢠Ideally, experience with ERP (inventory/warehouse management) and ticketing systems ⢠Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working ⢠Teamwork, initiative and strong communication skills ⢠Valid driving license (Class B) ⢠German language skills at least C1 level (CEFR)
