📋 Description

• Design and build Salesforce solutions using Flow, validation rules, configuration, Apex, and LWC • Own and establish standards for a young, largely greenfield Salesforce codebase • Make deliberate decisions between declarative tooling and programmatic development • Follow CoE technical standards and best practices for Apex, Flow, and test coverage • Own deployments through Gearset across the team's environment promotion path • Produce solution designs and technical documentation for platform changes • Run prototypes and technical spikes to validate approaches and de-risk requirements • Triage and debug platform issues across configuration, code, and managed package behavior • Contribute to Salesforce solution design and architecture discussions • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted development tooling appropriately • Maintain codebase quality and identify unnecessary configuration or code complexity • Contribute to automated test coverage • Collaborate with the Salesforce Centre of Excellence across Core, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Billing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with programmatic Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, and SOQL • Strong hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce using Flow, validation rules, and permission sets • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing packages • Experience producing solution designs and technical documentation • Experience running prototypes or technical spikes • Experience triaging and debugging complex platform issues • Experience using Gearset or a comparable DevOps tool for deployments across a multi-org promotion path • Ability to own code quality independently • Strong written communication skills for asynchronous documentation • Experience working in small, distributed teams across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones • Working exposure to Claude or similar AI-assisted development tooling • Experience producing automated test suites; Playwright or similar tools is a plus • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or CPQ Specialist are desirable • Prior experience in a Salesforce CoE or product-centric delivery model is desirable • Exposure to Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud alongside CPQ/Billing is desirable
