📋 Description

• Lead the Go Core Platform group comprising three full-stack squads aligned to the Go API, Hosted Journeys, and Interactions Editor value streams • Own delivery outcomes, scope, sequencing, quality, predictability, and cross-squad dependencies • Partner with architects and senior engineers on API design, versioning, journey runtime behavior, configuration modeling, and platform boundaries • Establish shared standards for reliability, performance, observability, security, platform resilience, and technical debt management • Lead adoption and measurement of AI-assisted development across squads, including coding agents, review assistance, test generation, and documentation • Define AI engineering standards, review expectations, evaluation practices, and quality and security guardrails • Lead, coach, hire, and develop full-stack engineers, tech leads, and senior individual contributors across three squads • Set expectations, provide feedback, and manage performance and progression • Partner with Product leadership on the Go Core roadmap • Translate technical trade-offs, risks, and confidence levels for commercial and executive stakeholders • Represent the group during incidents, escalations, and customer-critical situations and lead follow-up actions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant engineering management experience, including leading multiple teams or a group of squads, ideally 20+ engineers directly and through tech leads • Track record delivering and operating customer-facing SaaS platforms at scale, including public APIs, embedded/hosted experiences, or configuration-driven products • Credible full-stack technical depth across service and front-end sides • Strong grasp of CI/CD, trunk-based development, feature flagging, progressive delivery, testing strategy, and observability • Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows • Understanding of metrics and systems thinking • Ability to lead in a globally distributed environment and influence peers and squads not directly owned • Excellent communication across technical, product, and executive audiences • Experience in identity verification, fraud, KYC/AML, RegTech, or another regulated data domain (nice to have) • Background with journey orchestration, workflow engines, low-code configuration tooling, or embeddable SDKs and widgets (nice to have) • Experience building or scaling internal developer platforms and enablement practices (nice to have)
