📋 Description

• Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies • Achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction • Define and improve sourcing strategies at business or plant level • Manage regional and business teams • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources, risk, and complexity • Communicate difficult concepts and influence options on particular topics • Advise management in the function and/or business • Support decision-making on important subjects • Make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems impacting the function • Assess information quality and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders • Develop and provide recommendations using internal and external sources • Stay informed of industry trends that may influence the work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 10 years of related experience • At least 5 years in sourcing and sourcing management • Strong communication skills • Proven experience leading large, complex commercial negotiations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices • Strong commercial awareness • High-level judgment and ability to handle complex tasks or problems • Ability to assess information quality and ask pertinent stakeholder questions • Ability to develop solutions and recommendations outside set parameters
