📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from pre-sales through delivery • Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to scope, plan, and deliver outcomes for enterprise clients • Lead pre-sales and delivery of ERP consulting engagements for large enterprise clients, primarily across SAP and Oracle environments • Own the pre-sales process in North America • Coordinate cross-functional teams to scope, estimate, plan, and execute outcomes across ERP application, data, integration, and security workstreams • Direct discovery, shape approach, build estimates, and define deliverables • Provide delivery governance oversight across multiple projects and workstreams • Lead governance forums, status reporting, and executive communications • Manage expectations and escalations • Contribute reusable assets and improve pre-sales engagements and delivery methods • Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts • Work with the Senior Director, Professional Services, APAC • Periodic travel to client/project locations may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 15+ years leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments, including implementations, upgrades, transformations, and/or major enhancements • Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams, including integrations, data, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization • Depth in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery, including configuration, security/roles, operations, development, reporting, or integrations • Strong dependency and risk management capabilities • Experience establishing delivery governance covering scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and change control • Executive-ready communications and stakeholder management • Strong client-facing skills and track record • Strong pre-sales and delivery management discipline • Ability to operate in matrixed environments • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to facilitate governance forums and drive resolution of escalations • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills
