• Expand Gratz’s presence across studios, teacher training programs, and partners • Partner with Gratz Customer Service team to solve customer service issues in the region • Support Marketing and Customer Service in executing new studio openings, studio expansions, and events • Strengthen brand visibility and community trust through social, events, studio visits, and relationships with key partners • Oversee local service partners, local parts availability, periodic bulk shipments, and maintain smooth coordination with HQ teams • Provide structured market insights back to HQ.
• Completion of a 600+ hour Classical Pilates training program (or 300hr+ Classical bridge program) and teaching experience • 5+ years of business or operational experience • Comfortable learning and teaching basic equipment maintenance • Professional, proactive, and highly trustworthy • Strong communicator and relationship builder • Able to operate independently while collaborating with a global organization • BA/BS (4-year degree) preferred.
