📋 Description

• Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies • Achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Use industry trends to inform decision-making • Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement • Manage claims • Perform commercial sourcing management, including data analysis and negotiation support • Potentially perform purchasing activities • Lead medium to large teams, including direct and second-line reports • Attract and retain talent and develop expertise within the function • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate to high resource requirements, risk, or complexity • Present business solutions to functional-area leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence policy, operating guidelines, peers, budgets, and business units • Lead others in finding creative solutions to complex problems • Evaluate information quality, question conflicting data, and use internal and external resources to make decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sourcing Management at high level and exposure • Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Experience in the Aerospace sector is desirable • Proficiency in English is essential
