📋 Description

• Atender a clientes como asesor de atención al cliente en un Contact Center • Trabajar desde casa en modalidad remota • Gestionar turnos rotativos de 11:00 AM a 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM a 9:00 PM o 1:00 PM a 10:00 PM • Participar en capacitaciones pagadas • Cumplir objetivos de productividad, asistencia y permanencia

🎯 Requirements

• Secundaria completa (indispensable) • Al menos 3 meses de experiencia en roles de cara al cliente; también se considera experiencia en atención, ventas, mozo, etc. • Se acepta personal con o sin experiencia, sujeto a entrevista y flexibilidad • Comunicación clara • Actitud positiva y compromiso • Habilidades en Microsoft Office • Ventas • Habilidad comercial y networking • Iniciativa • Comunicación y persuasión • Orientación al logro
