• Atender y asesorar a clientes como agente de atención al cliente en un Contact Center • Gestionar en modalidad remota desde casa • Participar en capacitaciones pagadas • Cumplir los horarios de gestión rotativos • Desarrollarse mediante una línea de carrera y oportunidades de crecimiento

🎯 Requirements

• Secundaria completa (indispensable) • Al menos 3 meses de experiencia en roles de cara al cliente (atención, ventas, mozo, etc.) • Se considera experiencia o no experiencia; la experiencia se comparte en entrevista y hay flexibilidad • Comunicación clara, actitud positiva y gran compromiso • Iniciativa • Habilidad comercial • Networking • Ventas • Orientación al logro • Comunicación y persuasión • Microsoft Office • Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos de 11:00 AM a 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM a 9:00 PM o 1:00 PM a 10:00 PM
