• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information or solutions. • Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality. • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary. • Maintain accurate and organized call logs in our system. • Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Excellent verbal communication - B2 english proficiency is required • High school diploma or equivalent. • Customer Representative experience preferred but not required. • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. • Schedule flexibility to work 6 days a week within hours of operation: 7am - 12am EST. • Provide a Police Record from your country of residence • A copy of the ID • **Equipment Requirements** • A laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10/11, MAC are not compatible with our system) • Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended for optimal performance) • Modern processor (Intel i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5) • SSD 250 GB Min • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone • Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed) • Able to connect to ethernet. • **Connectivity** • Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Wired (Ethernet) connection strongly preferred over Wi-Fi
