• Handle inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound calls to assigned leads and potential customers. • Ask focused questions, listen actively, and document customer needs to recommend suitable services and subscription options. • Explain service scope, pricing, subscription terms, and next steps clearly and accurately. • Build rapport, address objections professionally, and guide customers toward an informed purchase decision. • Close sales and work toward individual and team targets for sales, conversion, and subscription performance. • Manage assigned leads and follow-up activities in the CRM, keeping contact details, notes, outcomes, and next steps accurate and current. • Coordinate with service and support teams, communicate customer expectations, and escalate questions or issues requiring specialist assistance. • Follow approved sales processes and protect customer information when using company systems. • Participate in training and coaching, and share feedback on customer needs, common objections, and lead quality.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with U.S. customers. • Customer-facing sales experience and the ability to describe how you have contributed to sales goals. • Strong listening, questioning, objection-handling, and follow-up skills. • Comfort using CRM tools and navigating several systems while maintaining accurate records. • Basic familiarity with computers and common technology issues, with a willingness to learn our services. • Good organization, dependable attendance, and the ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment. • Laptop or desktop computer with at least 8 GB RAM; 16 GB is recommended. • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone. • Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. • Ability to connect through Ethernet; a wired connection is strongly preferred. • Reliable power and a quiet workspace suitable for customer calls.
