📋 Description

• Meet daily service repair needs for customers’ equipment • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence • Perform preventive and remedial maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments on customer sites/properties • Maintain all modality-specific models in the assigned area • Troubleshoot complex multi-symptom electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT system-level problems • Interface daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status issues • Assist in account sales visits, train others, identify sales opportunities, and communicate them to the account team • Assist in business growth and direction in the assigned area • Control warranty, installation, and planned maintenance contract costs • Complete administration tasks, Field Modifications, and Planned Maintenance inspection documentation on time • Lead complex and multi-functional room installations • Share best practices and maintain quality systems according to GE Service Quality Policy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 2-5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent • Experience handling technical queries for Radiology / Imaging equipment such as Angiography, CT Scan, MRI, Molecular Imaging (PETCT, SPECT), Radiopharmacy, or other Xray types • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer issues and responsibilities • Willingness to learn new techniques • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams • Willing to be located across Indonesia • Willing to be based across Indonesia on a permanent basis • Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
