📋 Description

• Guidare la nascita e la crescita di una nuova impresa come fondatore-trice operativo/a • Validare problema e soluzione • Costruire l’MVP, anche con approcci no-code/low-code • Testare il mercato e acquisire i primi clienti • Guidare il go-to-market e la raccolta fondi seed • Collaborare con l’ecosistema, i partner industriali e il team GELLIFY • Potenzialmente diventare CEO e co-founder della startup costruita

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 anni di esperienza in startup, product, growth, innovation o venture building • Esperienza diretta nella validazione di prodotti digitali e MVP • Forte attitudine imprenditoriale, visione strategica e capacità di execution • Capacità di guidare team cross-funzionali e gestire l’incertezza tipica dell’early stage • Plus: esperienza da founder, fundraising o product-led growth • CV o profilo LinkedIn • Breve video Loom (max 1 minuto) o link video privato
