📋 Description

• Oversee the support, coaching, and training provided to new workers in fund raising • Oversee processes and systems used to orient, prepare, track, and support new workers • Coordinate preparation and support for appointees so they are equipped to thrive personally and missionally • Participate as a member of the International Personnel Team • Serve as the primary point of contact for appointees and new workers from countries without established Sending Entities • Provide support to Sending Entity Human Resources departments in matters related to International Personnel • Work closely with Sending Entities and GEM nations to support the placement of cross-cultural workers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized higher education institution. • Knowledge and experience in fund raising in Europe is desired. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
