đ Description
⢠Oversee the support, coaching, and training provided to new workers in fund raising ⢠Oversee processes and systems used to orient, prepare, track, and support new workers ⢠Coordinate preparation and support for appointees so they are equipped to thrive personally and missionally ⢠Participate as a member of the International Personnel Team ⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for appointees and new workers from countries without established Sending Entities ⢠Provide support to Sending Entity Human Resources departments in matters related to International Personnel ⢠Work closely with Sending Entities and GEM nations to support the placement of cross-cultural workers
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized higher education institution. ⢠Knowledge and experience in fund raising in Europe is desired. ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ⢠Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ⢠Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
