📋 Description

• Audit, validate, and rebuild the Google Ads strategy for search-first global markets • Scale the current $100k/month foundation to profitable $1M+/month spend • Tear down and rebuild setups that fail at scale • Personally run the global Google Ads engine from initial validation through deep optimization • Collaborate directly with the CEO on budget forecasting, growth planning, and P&L strategy • Analyze funnel data and optimize the full user journey from impression to conversion • Pressure-test existing acquisition systems and rebuild the engine as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building a Google Ads channel across global markets from a blank account to significant profitable spend, up to $1M and more • Hands-on mastery of Google Ads Search and ability to meet CPA/ROAS targets • Fluency in SaaS and mobile metrics, including LTV, CAC, retention, churn, and payback period • Expertise setting up Google Ads, GTM, and tracking architectures from scratch • Experience with GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, act independently, and pivot quickly based on data
