📋 Description

• Own multiple acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Google, Snap, and Pinterest • Launch new user acquisition channels • Build campaign analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities • Use data to decide what to scale, modify, or pause • Maintain and improve campaign automations across channels • Use AI tools to streamline workflows • Partner with creatives and Product Marketing Managers on audience insights, messaging, creative briefs, and funnel consistency • Connect acquisition performance to CAC, ROMI, LTV, retention, and payback periods • Work in fast-paced squads to shape growth for an AI-first subscription product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in User Acquisition with Meta • Hands-on experience independently managing campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and testing • Direct ownership of $1M+ in monthly ad spend • Experience with UA for web subscription products (web-to-web) • Experience with at least two major channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, or Google (YouTube, Demand Gen) • Experience launching marketing channels from scratch • Strong understanding of campaign analytics, attribution models, cohort analysis, LTV, and payback • Web-to-app or mobile app experience is a plus
