📋 Description

• Coordinate execution of training-phase logistics and operational activities across Generation Colombia programs • Serve as the main point of contact for learners, responding to inquiries, tracking requests, and escalating issues • Execute learner onboarding activities, including preparation, readiness validation, and attendance documentation • Support day-to-day program delivery and monitor learner experience and TSP operational execution • Identify, document, troubleshoot, and help resolve operational risks and issues • Track learner progress, engagement, and outcomes using monitoring tools and interim performance reports • Execute learner stipend and resource distribution processes for laptops, internet access, cameras, and economic support • Monitor resource use and compliance with program policies • Support mentorship execution, track participation, identify dropout risks, and improve retention and graduation outcomes • Participate in weekly calls to troubleshoot learner outcomes and plan additional support • Execute periodic TSP performance reviews and track academic and operational KPIs • Conduct check-ins with TSP teams regarding progress, risks, instructional quality, and learner performance • Escalate TSP risks and performance gaps and support corrective action planning • Coordinate complementary formative workshop logistics with partner companies • Support cohort risk analysis and individual learner readiness assessments • Support employability activities and handover to the placement team • Prepare learners for transition into placement by ensuring complete data, profiles, and readiness • Support event planning and employability engagement activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in a nonprofit, start-up, or social enterprise environment • Fluency in Spanish and English, speaking and writing • Experience developing program procedures and resources • Experience managing teams, project-managing tasks, and coordinating stakeholders • Results-driven approach with ability to develop metrics/analytics and quantify success • Ability to operate independently while also being a team player • Belief in Generation’s mission, preferably with experience working with disadvantaged communities • Demonstrated commitment to equity and social impact work • Open to traveling to Generation sites as needed by the program • Must apply with an English resume
