📋 Description

• Provide real-time Spanish/English interpretation for clinicians and patients during office hours • Work directly with a solo provider to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently • Create and update telephone encounters in Epic • Document patient communication and support clinical workflows in Epic • Listen to patient voicemails and transcribe them into Epic telephone encounters for the appropriate clinical team • Make limited outbound patient calls when requested by a clinician • Document patient outreach appropriately • Remove documentation and communication work from clinicians so they can focus on patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish in a healthcare setting • Knowledge of Epic • Understanding of clinical documentation and telephone encounters • Ability to listen to voicemails, identify relevant information, document clearly, and route appropriately • Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinic environment • Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred • Medical terminology and clinical documentation experience preferred • Medical scribe, medical assistant, interpreter, or similar clinical experience preferred
