• Proven experience as a **Cold Caller **or in a similar sales or lead generation role • Strong background or familiarity with **digital marketing services** (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) • Excellent **English communication skills** – both verbal and written • Confident, persuasive, and able to **build rapport quickly** with potential clients • Ability to **handle rejections** professionally and maintain a positive attitude • Reliable **internet connection** (minimum 25 Mbps) • Working **laptop or desktop computer** with webcam and noise-cancelling headset • Quiet and distraction-free **work environment** • Proficient in using **CRM systems**, spreadsheets, and online communication tools • Strong **time management**, **organization**, and **multitasking** skills • Ability to work **independently** and meet daily or weekly call targets
