📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in need of roadside support • Ensure timely and efficient coordination of services • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting; background in towing and roadside assistance is an advantage. • We are specifically looking for applicants from Colombia, Pakistan, Venezuela, and Honduras. • Excellent communication and active listening skills. • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace. • Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools. • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Good command of both written and spoken English. • Must have a functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.
