📋 Description

• Successfully implement new customers • Set up new logistics concepts • Realize improvements for existing customers • Implement efficient, safe, and sustainable solutions within the agreed budget and timeline • Coordinate projects covering inbound, storage, outbound, customs clearance, transport, and value added services • Ensure optimal physical warehouse layout • Connect transport and customs processes • Set up and integrate IT systems including WMS, TMS, DMS, BI, and additional systems • Serve as central point of contact for the customer • Keep the client, internal project team, suppliers, and management informed about progress and challenges • Maintain accurate and complete project administration according to the project management methodology • Collaborate with Project Managers and Logistics Engineers • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues within the global GEODIS network

🎯 Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking (HBO) • At least 10 years of work experience, of which 5 years in a similar position • Experience in managing projects in a structured way • Detailed knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, customs, transport, value added services) • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English • You are a proactive team player with commercial skills and take responsibility for your project
