📋 Description

• Manage complex interactive and CGI-driven projects from scope definition through final delivery • Translate client goals into timelines, resource plans, review flows, dependencies, and delivery milestones • Identify blockers involving missing product data, unresolved art direction, technical debt, unclear feedback, or vendor capacity • Connect client teams, CG artists, designers, developers, producers, vendors, and agencies • Ensure stakeholders understand project scope, quality standards, pending decisions, and next steps • Improve delivery systems by standardizing intake, tightening feedback loops, clarifying approval gates, improving Jira or project documentation, reducing manual handoffs, and enhancing reporting • Identify repeatable patterns in CGI, digital twin, and interactive delivery and turn them into efficient ways of working • Balance scope, timing, budget, technical limitations, and visual ambition • Ensure final outputs meet the brief, product accuracy standards, interaction requirements, render quality expectations, and client usability needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in a digital, production, CGI, healthcare, consumer products, or interactive environment • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across design, 3D, development, production, QA, vendors, and client-side reviewers • Working knowledge of traditional project management and Agile methods • Structured approach to documentation, planning, risk tracking, meeting notes, decision logs, project boards, and client reporting • Strong English communication skills • Ability to clarify complex delivery situations • Experience with CGI, 3D production, digital twins, DAM/PIM/CMS integrations, healthcare content, regulated content review, or enterprise brand systems is a bonus • EU passport or valid permit/visa to work in the Netherlands if seeking to work from the Amsterdam office
