📋 Description

• Discuss Monitoring, Analytics, and/or Automation requirements • Setup germain UX (on cloud or on premise) • Configure any Monitoring, Analytics, and/or Automation (via our wizard, or our rule editor, or scripting e.g. python, shell, SQL, etc) • Analyze Data (to troubleshoot or find insights) • Train Clients on using germain UX • Be the liaison between Clients and our Engineering team • Communicating with clients either via email, phone calls, online meeting, etc

🎯 Requirements

• Implementing technologies (down to writing script, SQL) • Analyzing data • Delivering solutions to Clients • Fluent English is a must • Required skills: Unix, SQL, Scripting, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, Apache Solr, AWS, Prospect, Kubernetes, ELK, Troubleshooting, Analytics, Dashboarding, Understanding Business Process Problems and Functional Requirements.
