📋 Description

• Map and redesign internal squad processes (briefings, handoffs, reviews, deliverables, etc.) • Structure and optimize the use of ClickUp by creating workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports • Define and monitor SLAs, operating cadences, and operational routines (daily stand-ups, checklists, handoffs) • Implement lightweight continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, and Lean adapted to an agency environment) • Conduct training and awareness sessions for the team on organizational best practices and productivity • Partner with heads and squad leaders to standardize processes, templates, and playbooks • Measure and track operational KPIs (on-time delivery, rework, and efficiency by squad) • Work directly with the Media, Design, Customer Success, and Growth teams to improve operational predictability and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing processes or operations in a digital agency, startup, performance marketing consultancy, or technology company • Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports) • Solid knowledge of performance agency operations, paid media, digital marketing, and squad-based teams • Above-average analytical and logical reasoning skills • Strong personal organization and discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Clear and empathetic communication skills—you will need to influence teams, not just document processes • Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or PDCA) • Experience with BI or automation tools (Data Studio, Power BI, Make, or Zapier) • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Operations Coordinator • Experience defining SLAs, playbooks, and operational rituals • Familiarity with the ClickUp API, advanced automations, or integrations • High school diploma
