📋 Description

• Launch and scale Google Search campaigns from the ground up • Own paid marketing from campaign setup through performance tracking and further iterations • Drive down CPA through campaign structure, localized landing pages across GEOs, keyword strategy, and related optimizations • Integrate Google Ads AI tools and other automations into daily workflows • Enable growth with new formats and channels within Google Ads, including Demand Gen and PMax • Leverage AI in daily work • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution • Own unit economics behind paid acquisition results • Contribute to product decisions from a paid marketing perspective • Test new hypotheses, ship MVPs, scale successful products, and discontinue unsuccessful ones

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads • Track record of managing Google Search campaigns on large budgets ($100k+ monthly spend) • Experience launching campaigns and products from 0 to 1, then scaling them • Solid working knowledge of Google Ads inventory • Hands-on experience with Google Ads AI tools • English at B2+ level, with confident, clear communication • Experience with Demand Gen and PMax is nice-to-have • Google Ads certifications are nice-to-have
