📋 Description

• Develop detailed construction estimates using HeavyBid software • Perform takeoffs using Civil 3D and AgTech/screen takeoff tools • Create thought-driven estimates with custom unit pricing rather than template-based green sheets • Estimate heavy civil projects including earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and light structural work • Support business scaling and project growth • Work directly with company leadership on estimating strategy • Collaborate hands-on and contribute strategic problem-solving • Provide accurate estimates based on construction methodology

🎯 Requirements

• 8–18+ years of estimating experience, specifically in heavy civil/earthwork • Fluent English speaker with professional communication skills • Bachelor's degree holder • Prior experience working with the U.S. market (domestic or remote) • Senior or mid-level mindset with independent problem-solving ability • Located in Latin America or Central America • HeavyBid software knowledge or Bid to Win experience • Earthwork/heavy civil construction background • Ability to work full-time, remotely, on U.S. Mountain Time • Portfolio or references showing complex earthwork/civil project estimates • Ability to think critically about estimates rather than mechanically applying unit prices • Ability to work as an independent contractor is requested/considered • Resume must be formatted in English
